Leek & mushroom tart with balsamic glaze, served with dressed rocket & a poached egg

Roast carrot & lentil soup with chive cream


MAIN COURSES

Comfit pork belly served with chive mash, crackling & a red wine jus

Filo pastry strudel filled with butternut squash, spring onions & braised rice served with a pea veloute

Roast rump of lamb with pomme ann potatoes & a red current jus

Pan fried sea bream with a herb potato cake & chorizo cream

All served with honey roast vegetables
