Availability
The exclusive use of the café is available any night of the week.
Your guests can begin to arrive from 7.oopm and the evening will draw to a close by mid night.

Menus
Choose from a selection of menus, dinner menus starting at £22.50 per head and buffet menus starting at £13.50 per head

We can be flexible with our menus and make any changes to suit you and your guests.

The menus are offered as one choice for all your guests with the exception of vegetarians and specific dietary requirements, for which you can offer 1 choice.

However if you wanted to offer your guests a choice this is possible. You can offer a choice of 2 starters, 2 main courses & 2 desserts, but will need to provide us with a pre-order 7 days before the party.

The menus in this pack are available for all of 2012, if we had to make any changes due to market availability this would be confirmed at the time of your booking.



Numbers
The minimum number for exclusive use of the Café is 35 adult guests but we can cater for up to 70. Children are welcome and we offer children friendly menu options.

The Café
The café and outside patio will be ready and transformed by 7.00pm.

If the rain stays away the patio will be laid out with our outside furniture. If you are lucky enough to get a warm summer evening we can serve your arrival drinks outside before your guests move inside for dinner.

Inside the tables will be dressed with cream linen, single stem flowers and candles.

If you want additional decorations such as balloons we can help you organise this.

The table layout and sizes are flexible to meet the needs of your party.

The largest table we have seats twelve but a combination of sixes; eights and tens works really well.

A question we often get asked “Is there a toilet inside?”

Don’t worry the answer is yes!



Drinks Provision
It is bring your own, so you can choose to provide the drink or ask your guests to bring a bottle.

We can provide cold storage for pre-chilled wine & beer on the day from 4.00pm.

Quite a few off-licences’ shops provide a chilling and delivery service which gives you one less job to do.

All glasses for arrival drinks, wine with the meal and after dinner drinks are included. All soft drinks must be purchased from us.



Entertainment
We can provide piped background music but you can organise your own entertainment if you wish.

A £200 deposit is required at the time of booking and final payment 7 days before the event.
